Developers can submit a live tool they built for a demand feature. A small token fee is charged only after manual review approves it; rejections are free. Approved tools show a "Tool available" badge on that feature's list card and detail page, linking the demand signal directly to a real product β this is a self-reported community link, not an official verification or endorsement.
