5. Refund Policy

Unused tokens are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. A spend that already produced an assessment report or comparison result is not refunded — once tokens are consumed to generate real output, the service is considered delivered.

Cancelling a subscription takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not provide prorated cash refunds for time remaining. Tokens already granted for the current period remain usable until it ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time in account settings, and no further charges will occur after cancellation.
