Idea Miner commits to data security. All data aggregated from public outsourcing platforms undergoes strict PII scrubbing before storage (including full masking and replacement of personal information such as email addresses and phone numbers) — it never contains raw, personally identifiable data.

4. Account and Billing Data

When you sign up, we collect your email address (or basic profile information from third-party login), your token balance and spending history, and any idea descriptions you submit for AI assessment. This data is used only to provide the service (account management, token billing, generating assessment reports) and never for purposes beyond these terms. Payment information is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card or payment account details.

Idea descriptions you submit are processed via a large language model (LLM) API to generate your assessment report; we do not use your submitted content to train models or share it with other users.

5. Your Data Rights

Regardless of your country or region, you have the right to access, correct, and export your personal data, and to request deletion of your account and associated data (Right to Erasure) — EU/UK users hold these rights under GDPR, and we extend the same rights equally to every user. Please submit requests via the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your account does not reverse token spends already completed, but it will stop any further processing of your data.
